Brewed as the ultimate food-pairing sake. With an aromatic flavour of melon and banana. This sake has a refreshing lemon-like acidity and a clear dry finish. Enjoy chilled at 5-10°C in a rose glass or champagne flute. Best paired with Yakitori or Wagyu Beef. own yeast.
