Aroma: Restrained aroma, liquorice and grassy, creamy on the palate, very dry, medium body, melon and gooseberries. Ideal enjoyment with ice up to body temperature. Most drunk sake in restaurants in Niigata, good accompaniment to food.

Sake (rice, koji and water) and part of the distilled alcohol are added at the end of the fermentation process and diluted with clear water to the alcohol content indicated on the bottle.
