Zaku Miyabi-no-Tomo Junmai Ginjo
A lingering flavour of lilac and narcissus, paired with the freshness and ripeness of Asian pears and melons and a hint of rice powder. All these components harmonise with sublime elegance. A slight sweetness enriches the palette and gives the texture a certain viscosity, while the minerals contribute an unrivalled quality.
