Fulminant, lingering fragrance of lilac and narcissus in combination with fresh and ripe Asian pears and melons and freshly steamed rice. All these elements harmonise with a wonderful elegance. There is a light elegant sweetness in this palette which brings light carbon dioxide to the texture, also its mineral content brings out an unrivalled quality. Nakadori, medium pressing.
The Sake ist aged longer than normal.
