The soya sauce is characterised by its outstanding quality. It is naturally GMO-free.

The ‘Saishikomi’ label means that ready-brewed soy sauce is used instead of salt water in the production/fermentation of the soy sauce, and the Saishikomi soy sauce then undergoes a second fermentation. This special brewing technique gives the soy sauce a balanced, delicate aroma, a beautiful colour and a rich umami flavour.

Produced in the Japanese town of Tatebayashi in Gunma Prefecture.
