Special distilled Kirishima shochu in Hakuji (white porcelain) bottle which is supervised by Living National Treasure Japan, Manji Inoue
Potato shochu, “Tokubetsu Joryu Kirishima /” will be launched on September 26th from Kirishima brewery in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki.
Krishima brewery’s own production process only extracts the shochu with high alcohol that contains rich taste and gorgeous fragrance. Then, the shochu is stored and slowly undergoes maturation and this process makes “Tokubetsu Joryu Kirishima” aromatic and smooth.
-“White” has a soft taste and a fresh aftertaste with the gentle aroma of sweet potato.
-“Red” has a fruity and flowery aroma with a rich taste of sweetness that stays in your mouth comfortably.
Both of them are recommended on the rocks. Please enjoy rich savor and sweetness of40% alcohol. Its eye-catching beautiful bottle design is supervised by a ceramist from Arita-cho, Saga; Manji Inoue who is certified as Living National Treasure.
Inoue is also certified as Preserver of Important Intangible Cultural Properties of “Hakuji” in 1995.
