Very dry sake. Nose: Balanced fruity notes of ripe fruit, lime, liquorice and wood. Palate: briefly sweetish then pleasant, vital flavour of liquorice, nutty, long finish.
Goes well with meat, acidic dishes, fish salad.
Rice variety: Tajima Gohriki from Hyogo.
