This sake has a beautiful scent of jasmine and narcissus, with a subtle sweetness and a fresh acidity that harmonises elegantly with a jewel-like transparency of flavour. A highly aromatic, almost ethereal Daiginjo sake that finely balances fullness and crispness. Rice Yamada Nishiki. Winner of many gold medals.

Sake (rice, koji and water) and part of the distilled alcohol are added at the end of the fermentation process and diluted with clear water to the alcohol content indicated on the bottle.
