Full of flavour and a faint aroma of bananas. This sake has a refreshing lemon-like acidity and a clear dry finish. Enjoy chilled with food at 5-10°C in a Bordeaux glass, champagne flute or universal white wine glass. Best pairing Fish Carpaccio, own yeast.
