In order to enjoy the full flavour and aroma of Kanazawa Daichi`s JAS rice, this sake is a mild JAS Junmai sake. It is produced by the long-established local sake brewery "Nakamura Shuzo" with a rice polishing rate of 70%. The sake is characterised by its rich rice flavour and is recommended with various meals. The flavour of Japanese sake varies with the temperature, resulting in different tasting experiences. It is recommended to drink it at a lukewarm temperature to experience the full aroma and flavour of the rice. Alternatively, it can also be chilled in the fridge for a refreshing and dry flavour.
