Cooking chopsticks / Saibashi square

Traditional Japanese cooking chopsticks, so-called saibashi, are made of pressed wood and are suitable for everyday use.

They are significantly longer than ordinary chopsticks and are used for stirring, turning, deep-frying and arranging food. Thanks to their length, the hands remain at a safe distance from hot oil, pans and steam.
