These SOBA buckwheat noodles are made from 100% buckwheat, which has a positive effect on the fine flavour of the noodles.

Preparation: Add the noodles to 3 litres of boiling, unsalted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then leave them to rest for 1 minute. Then drain, rinse thoroughly with cold water and either serve cold or add to hot soup and enjoy.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place

CAUTION: As the noodles contain 100% buckwheat, they should be mixed or handled with care as the product is fragile once cooked.
