We send the goods as soon as possible with Priority post and it should arrive the next day at your home.
Parcels with perishable goods we will send only during the week, as thy do not lie on the post over the weekend.
If you wish to send to an alternative address tell us in the order as remark.
Orders with "pick-up on site" can be picked up Thu-Sat from 1100-1800 or according to the current opening hours in the Shinwazen Shop in Zurich
