Yuzu Juice Shinwazen frozen big

Natural yuzu from Japan, without chemical additives, without flavour-enhancing additives. Yuzu has a unique, intense flavour with a pronounced citrus taste and lots of vitamin C. The fruits are light yellow in colour and weigh around 110g. They have a thick, firm skin. They are in season during the winter months. Although the juice is used in Japanese cuisine, the fruits are too sour for fresh consumption. The juice can be used for salad dressings, clear soups or dip sauces. Or diluted with water and a little sugar as a refreshing drink in summer.
This yuzu juice is bottled in Switzerland.
