This Japanese green tea comes from Miyazaki-Ken in Kyushu and is grown, cultivated and harvested organically and with great care. The tea leaves are processed after harvesting according to the old traditional Japanese method. This tea is rich in vitamins and was awarded the gold medal at the Imperial Prize in Japan.

The water should be at a temperature of 60-80 °C for preparation. Use 2-3 teaspoons of tea per pot and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Green iced tea is very popular in Japan as a summer refreshment. Pour the same amount of tea into a jug of cold water and leave to stand overnight.
