Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit, koshou means black pepper. In the Kyushu dialect, the word koshou is used for chilli pepper. This product has a unique, intense aroma with a pronounced citrus flavour, but is spicy and hot in taste. A paste that can be used as a seasoning for numerous dishes such as fish, meat, vegetables or noodles.
