This harusame is made by hand according to old tradition and sun-dried.

Only sweet potato starch from Minami-Kyushu and potato starch from Tokachi, Hokkaido, are used for production. Without machines, completely by hand, vermicelli is created with strong viscosity and special bite resistance, which does not disintegrate during cooking.

Since bleach is not used, the pasta retains its natural, slightly yellowish color. Whether in salads, stews, stir-fries, soups or pots - these handmade, traditional pasta absorbs every taste wonderfully and underlines every dish with its quality.
