Mustar-Ne Wooden Barrel Natural Mustard is characterized by a non-spicy cereal mustard that has a particularly loose and airy texture. The mustard seeds are not crushed for production, but soaked in a carefully balanced spice solution of vinegar, honey, sugar and salt. This process takes place exclusively in wooden barrels.

The natural fermentation in wooden barrels ensures that the mustard has a special characteristic: it is mild and not spicy, yet it convinces with a strong natural mustard-vinegar taste. In addition, Masterne can be poured directly onto various dishes, which allows for an uncomplicated and versatile seasoning.

By using honey in the recipe, it is recommended not to give the product to infants under one year of age.
