Sudachi Citrus Cucumber Drink Vinegar

Sudachi is one of the noblest citrus fruits in Japanese cuisine and belongs to the Yuzu species. It captivates with its clear, multi-layered aroma.

Our natural Sudachi Cucumber Apple Cider Vinegar Syrup combines juice from the Sudachi fruit from Tokushima Prefecture with carefully selected cucumbers from the same region. The result is a finely balanced composition of refreshing acidity and subtle cucumber notes.

Use: The syrup gives drinks, dips and cocktails an elegant freshness note and unfolds its full potential in combination with gin and tonic water or with carbonated water or - for a special variant - with milk.

For preparation, dilution in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:8 is recommended.
