The JAS certified Shoyu soy sauce is characterised by its excellent quality and is of course GMO-free. The Shoyu Hyakusen seal recognises it as one of the 100 best soy sauces of its kind. It is also certified with the JAS label.

Shoda JAS soy sauce has a fine aroma with a light iodine aroma.. espevially, an appealing colour and a rich umami flavour.

It is produced in Tatebayashi, a town in the Japanese prefecture of Gunma.
