Characteristics: This sake overflows with ginjo flavour and fills the palate with a smooth, pure rice taste.
Recommended pairing: Pair with simple, white-fleshed sashimi such as swordfish or whitefish., brewed with Association Yeast #9, the ultimate ginjo yeast, and strives to bring out the true flavour of sake and rice by avoiding the addition of alcohol in the brewing process. This dry sake accompanies every meal without clashing.
The 2023 vintage is very round and refined, while at the same time having a dry character.
