Umeshu

Umeshu luxuriously made with a variation of Niigata-grown Japanese plums, including Koshi-no Ume, Kosaka Ume and Tougoroume, all very fruity and juicy in high quality. These plums, together with the sake, give a wonderful round, sweet and sour and seductive scent.
