A unique production method creates a natural wavy texture and smoothness without using animal ingredients such as brine, starch or egg white. The noodles are unfried and are not fried in oil, kneaded with oil or coated, so the texture is similar to that of raw noodles.
As the instant ramen is cholesterol and trans-fat free, it is particularly suitable for people who are watching their cholesterol and oil consumption. The noodles are versatile and can be used all year round for dishes such as ramen, yakisoba, cold noodles, salad noodles, glass noodles, tsukemen noodles and hot pot noodles. As no soup is included, you can customise the preparation according to your personal preferences.
The noodles should simmer in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, depending on the desired firmness and the specific method of preparation.
