The BIO Shoyu soy sauce is characterised by its excellent quality and is of course GMO-free. The ‘Shoyu Hyakusen’ seal recognises it as one of the 100 best soy sauces of its kind. It is also certified with the JAS JP organic label.

Shoda BIO soy sauce has a fine aroma, an appealing colour and a rich umami flavour.

It is produced in Tatebayashi, a town in the Japanese prefecture of Gunma.
