Japanese organic soya beans, organic wheat, sea salt and water. No genetically modified soya beans, no chemical additives, no flavour-enhancing additives, no preservatives. This soya sauce has been approved as a Japanese organic soya sauce in Japan. In June 2010, the manufacturer of this JAS soy sauce received approval for the organic label from the EU. This soy sauce is used in traditional and modern Japanese cuisine for cooking and flavouring dishes. It is very suitable for sushi and sashimi. JAS Certified
