Furikake (振り掛け) is a Japanese seasoning mix that was specially created for flavouring cooked rice. Furikake is very popular in Japan and is one of the basic seasonings in every household, not least because of the large amount of rice that is eaten every day.

This furikake is flavoured with JP plums (umeboshi).
