This Junmai sparkling sake is made by the same method as Champagne under the strict standards set by the AWA SAKE Association, using equipment imported from Champagne, France, and crafted with the bottle fermentation method.
Extremely creamy, smooth dry sake. Soft flowery aroma that is brought up by the fine naturally occurring bubbles. Dry by design with comforting creaminess and crisp effervescence. Elegant citrus flavors on the palate.
Food Pairing Caprese with tomato and cheese, Fritter of shrimps, Grilled squid guts, Crottin(goat milk cheese) or Mozzarella, Pasta with cream sauce and raw urchin
