A warehouse burned down back then. Thirty years later, a lost tank containing this sake was discovered during renovation work. The fire gave the sake a slight smoky flavour.

It is a luxurious SAKE with a beautiful, clear, amber colour woven by time and a deep aroma like maple and Shaoxing wine.
