This sake has a beautiful scent of jasmine and narcissus, with a subtle sweetness and a fresh acidity that harmonises elegantly with a jewel-like transparency of flavour. A highly aromatic, almost ethereal Daiginjo sake that finely balances fullness and crispness. Rice Yamada Nishiki. Many gold medals.
