Rounded, elegant sake with a floral scent, violets and jasmine. Yellow peaches, sambuca on the nose. Almonds, fruit and light banana and pineapple flavours, tart and dry, liquorice. We recommend it with food.  Rice variety: Hattannishiki/Yamadanishiki. Yeast # 9
