This sake offers a new summer refreshment through a second light bottle fermentation, with fine carbonation and clean drinkability.
Characteristics: This sake balances the clarity of the palate with the natural flavour of rice. The crisp carbonation offers a clean finish.

Pan-fried dishes made with summer vegetables such as bitter melon.

This Junmai Ginjo Sake (rice, koji and water) is produced by natural fermentation and diluted with clear water to the alcohol content indicated on the bottle. NO alcohol is added in the process.
