Limited, Sexy, Elegant & Clean - this is how the tasters described this sake in a nutshell. The very intense aroma and the incredible fineness of this sake beguile you at first. Then it starts on the tongue with a nostralgic note and quickly changes to a savoury, light sweetness and enchants the nose and mouth.
 The special Uonuma Koshihikari rice is very gently polished down to an incredible 23%.
