The cup sake is brewed with ice melt water from the Zao Mountains. It has a balanced flavour with a soft mouthfeel and crisp acidity.
The Cup-Sakes is brewed with special attention to detail and stored at -5 °C before despatch.
Fresh, light and crisp in flavour, with aromas of melon and banana.

This Junmai Sake (rice, koji and water) is produced by natural fermentation and diluted with clear water to the alcohol content indicated on the bottle. NO alcohol is added in the process.
