The Kito region in Tokushima is famous for its high-quality yuzu, which is known under the ‘Kito Yuzu’ brand. The special climate, the calcareous soil and the sustainable cultivation without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilisers or animal manure by our contract farmers give the fruit an intense aroma and a particularly fine taste. Our yuzu products are therefore of the highest quality and are valued by consumers for their purity and natural flavour.
