Shimaya Dashi No Moto is a ready-made Japanese broth made from bonito flakes. It is used as an ingredient for miso soups or noodle soups and is packaged in 8 x 5g in pouder packets.

One packet of Dashi No Moto is enough for around 200ml of base stock for Japanese noodle soups, two portions of sauce for Japanese cold noodle dishes or the base stock for around 2-3 cups of soup.
