Kanpyo dried pumpkin strips 25gr
Kanpyo, the dried pumpkin strips, have a long tradition as a vegetable. Originally from the Osake region during the Edo period, the round cucumbers/melons are now mainly grown and processed in the Oyama region of Tochigi Prefecture. They are cooked and then usually rolled into futomaki sushi. Normally chemically bleached and preserved with sulphur dioxide. Our producer works cleanly and without any additives.
