Takano Platinum is
a sake made from high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice. It is made without brewing
alcohol to preserve its natural aroma and rice taste. It is carefully brewed
with yeast No. 9, which is ideal for ginjo sake. Its dry taste harmonizes
perfectly with your dishes and makes it the ideal companion.
Taste: The
full-bodied ginjo aroma unfolds in the mouth, while the mild rice flavor comes
into its own. Recommended dish: Sashimi with mild white fish.
The 2024 vintage is very round and refined, but at the same time it is dry.
