Bamboo Whisk for Matcha Chasen brown

The Kisen Chasen is a traditional Japanese matcha whisk made of bamboo. It is used to whip matcha and ensures an even mixture of matcha powder and water as well as the typical fine foaming.

The chasen comes from Ikoma in Nara Prefecture, a region rich in tradition for Japanese bamboo and tea ceremony utensils. Due to the natural material, each broom can have slight differences in color, shape and workmanship.
