It is characterised by a pleasant, intense flavour and a rich aroma that adds depth even to strong spices and foods.
As today`s consumers often prefer mild sesame oil, we have conducted numerous trials to produce an oil that is less bitter but still aromatic. The use of black sesame seeds from a specific region makes it possible to obtain a mild yet incredibly aromatic sesame oil, even after prolonged roasting.
