Soy milk
mayo is a creamy, spicy and balanced-tasting mayonnaise alternative that does
not require any eggs at all. It is made exclusively from carefully selected
ingredients. The basis is 100% soybeans from Hokkaido, from which a fine soy
milk is obtained with soft well water from the groundwater of the Chichibu
Mountains. The rapeseed oil used comes from the first pressing according to the
traditional method. Only local apple juice is used for the apple cider vinegar,
which is slowly fermented into a mild, pure vinegar. The sea salt comes from
seawater from Izu Oshima and is extracted according to the traditional method
with sunlight and in shallow cauldrons. These high-quality ingredients create a
vegan mayonnaise that convinces both in taste and consistency.
