Shochu, 6 years oak# Brandy

Shochu is made from barley and koji that has been distilled twice in a pot still. It matures for at least six years in American white oak barrels and then for around a year in brandy barrels. The brandy barrels used for ageing come from a French producer known for its cognac, which makes Shochu a particularly high-quality product.
Brandy Shochu is a high quality product characterised by its sweet, full aroma and smooth, complex flavour.
